Kristin Cavallari's Pregnancy Diet

Eating for two? Not Kristin Cavallari, whose trainer, John Damon, tells In Touch the star ?has actively chosen not to let herself go? during her first pregnancy.

Combining yoga, light weights and walking, Kristin, 25, admits to craving dairy, but says, ?You have to be careful about what nutrients you?re giving your baby."

Overall, Kristin's trainer says, "She?s concentrating on her overall health, and her baby?s health."
