How Many Calories Are You Taking With The Bistro MD Plan?

If you are going to be starting the Bistro MD plan, then you should really know about how many calories you will be consuming on a day to day basis. This way, you?ll be prepared for when you start the diet.

You will be averaging somewhere in the neighborhood of 1100-1500 calories per day. Now, this is probably less than what you are consuming now, but don?t worry, because the food that Bistro MD offers is a lot more filling than the food that you are probably used to.

They specifically designed it that way. Their food contains more fiber than traditional foods. So, when you have more water in your diet, the water and the fiber has a more filling effect. Your stomach is going to feel fuller, even though technically you are eating less than you would normally be eating.

Also, since those calories are packed full of fiber, you are going to have more bowel movements, and while that may be a disgusting subject, it?s the biggest reason why people lose weight. Think about it. The food in your body has to come out some way.

It may take some time to get used to the idea of eating a diet that has less calories than you are accustomed to, but by the second week, it should become second nature. Your body will adjust to your diet, and as long as you stick with it, you?ll see the cravings start to dwindle.

Also, remember the kind of calories that you are consuming. It?s not like you are going to the cheesecake factory and pigging out on nothing but junk food, with their empty calories. These are the kind of calories that simply don?t offer anything as far as nutritional value is concerned.
